I stumbled upon this great site in 2002 and fell in love with the concept and community of creatives behind it. I have been a contributing exclusive artist with them from the beginning of my professional career. I have occasionally found myself Photoshop battling other designers in the iStock Steel cage. Lead Creative / Art Director, Tinsley Creative, Lakeland, FL 03-06

I started at this firm as a graphic designer and moved quickly into a role with more responsibility and management of other employees. My final position was working directly under the owner and reporting to him daily. My responsibilities included sales, client retention, creative, vender relations, marketing strategies and self promotion. On a daily basis I was managing client’s projects from concept pitch into creative then through production and final placement. During this time I was awarded numerous design awards including Gold and Silver Local Addy’s and one Best of Category Award (Benny Award) from the Imperial Polk Advertising Federation (IPAF). I also served as a board member and officer (Secretary and Treasurer) and as the Public Service Chair and volunteered for the Addy Committee for the IPAF (2004-2006).

President / Janitor, Studio Twelve, Inc., Lakeland FL 06-Present

Studio Twelve was officially incorporated in October of 2006. In addition to all the work experience I had previously gained, I garnered perspective on even more facets of the advertising industry and business. In working with many different contractors and vendors, I had formed many successful teams that executed award winning and effective work for my clients. I have been awarded numerous design awards including Gold and Silver Local Addy’s, in addition to one Silver District Addy from the Imperial Polk Advertising Federation and American Advertising Federation District 4 respectively. As an IPAF board member (2007-2008,) I chaired the Local Addy’s which were the most successful in our clubs history. I also served as an officer on the board (Vice President) for the Imperial Polk Advertising Federation. Most recently was awarded the IPAF Ad Man of the Year for 2008-2009.
